RETURN POLICY


We’re sorry to hear it didn’t work out! Good thing we have super easy returns!

We offer FREE returns for all U.S. orders returned to us within 7 days of receipt!

    1. First, visit our returns portal and submit your item(s) for return.
    2. Once your return is accepted, you will receive a free shipping label from us via email!
    3. Pack up your item(s), slap on the label and send it our way!
    4. Wait for us to receive and process your return (allow up to 5 business days).
    5. Receive your Store Cash via email!

Need more time? No problem! You have up to 30 days to return your item(s).

    1. First, visit our returns portal and submit your item(s) for return.
    2. Once your return is approved by us, pack up the item(s) you would like to return in its original or similar packaging.
    3. Please include your name and order number either on the outside of the package or on a slip inside your package.
    4. Visit your local USPS, UPS or FedEx store to have a label created.
    5. Please ship your exchanges and returns to:

THE DEETS

  1. Should you notice a shipping error, you must notify customer service within 48 hours of shipment delivery at customerservice@necessaryclothing.com. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 10AM to 6PM PST (excluding select holidays).
  2. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) and place a new order.
  3. All accepted exchanges and returns receive Store Cash (online store credit) via email in exchange for their exchanged/returned item(s).
  4. Please highlight the item(s) you are returning on the invoice if you choose to not use our returns portal.
  5. Please make sure the item(s) is returned to us in its original condition. Returns that do not meet our return standards will be sent back to the customer. Unfortunately, we do not reimburse shipping costs.
  6. We also strongly recommend that you keep record of the package’s tracking number in case it is lost or misdelivered. Necessary Clothing cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit, wrongfully delivered or damaged due to improper packaging.
  7. Do not use shoe boxes or any miscellaneous boxes that are not from Necessary Clothing to package your return. ONLY shoes may be returned in their original shoe boxes.
  8. We accept all exchanges/returns EXCEPT for these items:
    1. Sale Items
    2. Accessories (all items under the Accessories tab)
    3. Bodysuits
    4. Bras, bralettes & lingerie
    5. Swimwear
    6. Beauty products
    7. Gift cards
  9. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.
