Shipping & Handling

We want you to look hot TODAY! Most orders are shipped the same business day if placed before 3PM Monday~Friday Pacific Time (excluding select Holidays). Orders placed after 3PM or on the weekend and select holidays will be processed the following business day. Orders may be delayed from shipment due to discrepancies in payment, billing/shipping information or high order volume. Customer service is available Monday~Friday from 10AM-6PM Pacific Time (excluding select Holidays). 

  • Shipping information cannot be updated or changed once the order has been placed. All shipments returned to Necessary Clothing due to insufficient/invalid shipping address are subject to a return to sender fee that will be deducted from your online credit. Necessary Clothing is not responsible for return to sender fees. As precaution please make sure that all information under shipping is correct before finalizing your order.
  • We cannot make any changes to an order already placed. If you notify us prior to your order being shipped, your order will be cancelled and you can replace it at any time. Please note that once an order has been completed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
  • Orders with higher value will be shipped with a signature required to prevent lost/stolen packages. Please make sure you are available to accept the delivery on the scheduled date.

All Ground packages are shipped via UPS SurePost; your local post office will complete the delivery. Ground packages do not come with a commitment date for delivery.

UPS does not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses and does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and select Holidays.

Domestic Shipping

UPS Ground (general): 2-7 business days from the date of shipment (Hawaii and Alaska requires additional transit time in most cases)

Transit time may be extended due to insufficient/invalid shipping address (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number/street number), weather conditions and/or high volume of packages.

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express.

Due to certain restrictions, we are unable to ship to NIGERIA and RUSSIA.

Taxes and Duties

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note that in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages up to 45 business days.

SHIPPING INFORMATION CANNOT BE UPDATED OR CHANGED ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND SHIPPED FROM OUR FACILITY. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT ALL INFORMATION UNDER SHIPPING IS CORRECT BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR ORDER.
